Along with such nature, even if you can't always bring yourself to nature, bring it to you! Create a little garden of your own if you'd like, however big ore small. Just enjoy the process of seeing your little friends sprout from their humble beginnings.

Finally, try combining some of these methods together! A lot of the time, people can really find new methods of relaxation through combinations they never tried before. In this example, it's super relaxing to try mixing the use of differeent candles with a soothing dip in the warm water!
