Pepo - פפו 
כל הבירות במבשלת פפו במושב צלפון במטה יהודה קרויות על שמן של נשים מעולמן של בעליה. האופי של כל בירה מותאם גם לאופיה של האישה שהיא קרויה על שמה. בירה גולדה, על שם סבתא גולדה שעלתה מפולין, היא בירה המתאפיינת בעידון כללי ובמרירות פולנית נעימה. בירה עלמה, על שמה של ילדת הסנדוויץ' הקופצנית של המשפחה ונכדתה של גולדה, היא בירה כיפית ומתוקה עם טעמים של בננה וציפורן.
חוץ מיין ובירה, במרכז המבקרים של בוהדנה מציעים גם תוצרת חקלאית מקומית, גבינות מהמחלבות השכנות ויין לבן מיקבים מתחרים. לצד גולדה ועופרה, המבקרים יכולים לפגוש גם את יתר הנשים הגדולות בחייהם של מוטי וזוגתו לילך: אלישבע, תרצה וחנה - בטעמי בירה שונים.
גם אבא של מוטי, פפו (84), שותף לאירוח. חוץ מפניו המתנוססים על הלוגו, פפו מתחזק את הכיסאות, מתקן את חביות העץ, ומשחזר את הרהיטים העתיקים - בדיוק כמו בסדנה שהיתה לו עשרות שנים ברחוב עולי ציון, פאתי שוק הפשפשים ביפו. גם סבא שלו לפניו היה נגר ואומן בעץ במרוקו. "יש דברים שזורמים בדם, מדור לדור, ואי אפשר לברוח מהם", מסביר פפו.
All the beers in the Pepo brewery in Moshav Tzalfon in Mateh Yehuda are named for women from the world of the owner. The character of each beer is also adapted to the character of the woman named after her. Golda's beer, named for Grandma Golda who immigrated from Poland, is a capital characterized by general refinement and pleasant Polish bitterness. Alma beer, named after the family's jolly sandwich girl and Golda's granddaughter, is a fun and sweet beer with flavors of banana and cloves. Apart from wine and beer, the visitors' center of Bohdana also offers local agricultural produce, cheeses from nearby milks and white wine from competing wineries. Along with Golda and Ofra, visitors can also meet the other large women in the lives of Moti and his wife Lilach: Elisheva, Tirza and Hannah - with different flavors of beer. Moti's father, Papo (84), is also a hosting partner. Apart from his face on the logo, Pepe strengthens the chairs, repairs the wooden barrels, and reconstructs the antique furniture - just like in a workshop he had had for decades on Oley Zion Street, the corner of Jaffa's flea market. Even his grandfather before him was a carpenter and trained in wood in Morocco. "There are things that flow in blood, from generation to generation, and you can not escape from them," explains Pepo.
